Terms of Service — AllDayIT Apps

for monday.com

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications published by AllDayIT on the monday.com marketplace (each an "App", together the "Apps"), currently including:

  • Related Items — relates the items on one board to high-volume records on one or more other boards by a shared identifier, with summaries, charts, Smart Columns and business documents;

  • Speedometer — a dashboard gauge widget displaying totaled or averaged column values against targets.

By installing, accessing or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Apps run inside the monday.com platform ("monday.com", operated by monday.com Ltd.). Your use of monday.com itself is governed by monday.com's own terms; these Terms cover only the Apps supplied by AllDayIT. Use of our website www.alldayit.com is governed by its separate Website Terms of Use.

1. The services

Each App's functionality is described on its marketplace listing and in its User Guide, available from www.alldayit.com. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material reductions in functionality will be communicated through the App or its marketplace listing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To use an App you must have a valid monday.com account and the necessary permissions within it. Some features are limited to board owners and account admins by design. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of the users in your monday.com account who use the Apps.

3. Installation, authorization and scopes

When you install an App you authorize it, through monday.com's authorization flow, to access your account with the permission scopes shown on its marketplace listing. We request the minimum scopes required for each App's features. For Related Items these are currently:

  • boards:read — to read the key, amount and date columns needed to compute related-record summaries;

  • boards:write — to create and update the App's Smart Columns and its documents registry board, only where you have enabled those features;

  • webhooks:write — to register the live-update webhooks that keep summaries current.

You may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the App or removing its authorization in monday.com.

4. Plans, trials, billing and taxes

  • Native billing only. All paid plans are sold and billed exclusively through monday.com's native monetization system. AllDayIT does not collect or process any payment information; billing, invoicing, currency, proration and subscription refunds are handled by monday.com under monday.com's terms.

  • Plans and prices for each App are shown on its marketplace listing and may change with future versions, subject to monday.com's approval and notice rules.

  • Related Items — trial. New installations begin with a 14-day free trial of all features. At the end of the trial, unless a paid plan is active, the account moves to the Free tier.

  • Related Items — Free tier. The Free tier provides the widget on standard boards with one connection, the record-count Smart Column, and PDF/Excel export. Data Set boards, document generation, the business profile, the "% of Avg" column and the full Smart Column set require a paid plan.

  • Related Items — downgrade behavior. If your plan is downgraded or the trial ends, Smart Columns not included in your new plan are cleared of their values and renamed with a "(Not Entitled)" suffix so that stale figures do not mislead. Upgrading restores their names and repopulates them automatically. The underlying columns are not deleted by the App.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any user to:

  • use an App in violation of any applicable law or of monday.com's terms;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to an App, its hosting environment, or other accounts' data;

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of an App except under a security-disclosure arrangement agreed with us in writing;

  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of an App, including by circumventing its rate-limiting or import-protection mechanisms;

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;

  • resell, sublicense, or provide an App as a service bureau to third parties outside your monday.com account.

6. Your data and content

You retain all rights in the data in your monday.com account. You grant AllDayIT a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide and support the Apps. What each App stores, where, and for how long is described in the Apps Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: our Apps keep any stored data inside monday.com's own infrastructure, use no third-party services, and delete an account's stored data after uninstall.

Business documents (such as invoices and statements) that you generate with Related Items are your records; you are responsible for their content and for meeting any invoicing, tax, and record-keeping obligations that apply to you. The App's sequential numbering is provided as a convenience and does not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice.

7. Communications

By installing an App you agree that we may contact you at the email associated with your account:

  • for service and support purposes — for example, to respond to a request you made, or to notify you of a material change, a security issue, or a service disruption; and

  • with occasional messages about AllDayIT and its products — for example, a welcome message after installation with tips and related AllDayIT offerings.

Every message of the second kind includes a clear unsubscribe option, and we honor opt-outs promptly. Service and security notices may still be sent where necessary to operate the Apps.

8. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their software, design, text, and User Guides, are owned by AllDayIT and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Apps within your monday.com account for their intended purpose. "monday.com" and related marks belong to monday.com Ltd.; AllDayIT is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by monday.com Ltd. beyond participation in its marketplace program.

9. Third-party platform

The Apps depend on monday.com's platform, APIs and storage — and, where an App is hosted on monday.com's application hosting (as Related Items is), on that hosting as well. Availability, performance, data residency, rate limits and quotas are controlled by monday.com and may change. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data loss caused by the monday.com platform. Your relationship with monday.com is governed by your agreement with monday.com Ltd.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that computed figures, summaries or generated documents will be accurate or suitable for any accounting, tax, legal, or financial purpose. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllDayIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Apps. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllDayIT's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to an App will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for that App through monday.com in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless AllDayIT from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of an App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by monday.com or by law, or if continued operation would create a security or legal risk. After uninstall or termination, the App's stored data for your account is deleted as described in the Apps Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14) survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is submitted to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Apps evolve or as monday.com's requirements change. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Apps or their marketplace listings. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
